The Bulkley River out of control

 The Bulkley River is a large river, so it's like that at high tide. Falling into the water at this water level will probably result in the death of the person!

My first steelhead over 70cm

Late February 1990 my first Steelhead over 70cm on my first trip to BC! Caught in a tributary of the Campbell River.

Two fishermen on a jet boat and two in waders. Sometimes this situation is pretty tough for anglers in waders!

Before I went home, I really wanted to fish on the Bulkley River. Unfortunately, there were a few complications again. Finally, I finally reached Germany unharmed.

The drive on the Canada Highway leads into a fantastic mountain world. 1800 km, however, is quite a distance to Prince George. From there another 700 km to the south took us to a small steelhead river in BC.
